ABC Nursery & Montessori Ltd is seeking a qualified and motivated Early Years Educator (Nursery Teacher – Montessori) to join its early years education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational care in line with Irish early childhood education standards, including the Aistear and Síolta frameworks and Montessori principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate educational activities aligned with early years curricula
* Support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children
* Observe, monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development
* Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with other early years educators and staff
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and wellbeing
* Ensure full compliance with Child Protection, Health & Safety, and childcare regulations
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, Pedagogy, or a related field
* Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years educational setting
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Limerick, County Limerick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
