Senior Manager, Employee Success Product Management
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our Employee Success products.
This individual will define strategy, build roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions that address employee and manager needs.
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities.
* Prioritize features based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role. You will partner with various teams, including Business Technology, ES Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research, and UX to drive product development from ideation to delivery.
Data-driven decision making is crucial in this position. You will define KPIs, measure product performance, and use analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
The full product lifecycle management is also a key responsibility. This includes managing ideation, requirements gathering, launch, post-launch monitoring, and iteration.
You will gather feedback from customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to launch and present updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to executives and stakeholders.
