About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team in managing complex residential construction projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication amongst site project team members and interfacing with the wider team.
Your primary duties will include establishing and maintaining procedures with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for information flow, approvals, meetings, and reporting. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed contract items lists, developing, monitoring, and updating submittal and procurement schedules, as well as conducting construction document reviews.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar is highly desirable, along with 10+ years of experience in Residential Construction Project Management.
You should be familiar with Irish Standards for external utility providers and have expertise in technical submittals and AutoCAD. Good planning and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage teams (direct and indirect).
