We take pride in delivering exceptional service in a truly unique setting, and we're looking for a dedicated Cellar / General Maintenance Operative to join our team on a part-time basis - 9am - 1pm, 5 days a week.
Role Overview
Are you reliable, organised, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? The Bank is seeking a part-time Cellar / General Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day operations of our venue. This role offers €17–€20 per hour, depending on experience, and is vital to ensuring everything from deliveries to keg management is handled with care and precision. 5 days a week 9am - 1pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and organise all incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Oversee cellar operations: keg handling, tapping, cleaning, and stock rotation
* Monitor and maintain cold rooms to ensure quality and freshness of beverages
* Keep outdoor and storage areas clean, tidy, and presentable
* Carry out light maintenance and general upkeep tasks across the venue
* Support the wider team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role (cellar or maintenance work in hospitality preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy items
* A practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
* Fluent English
