About the Role
The Social Care Worker will play a key role in contributing to an assessment and behaviour management plan for children and young people. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting young people who are not engaged in school outside of their home environment, through one-to-one and group sessions.
* Assisting young people who are engaged in school with completing their homework.
* Participating in planned and responsive residential care.
To be successful, applicants must have a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent, as well as a full driving licence and car.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent team working skills and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including 15 and 24 hours.
