We're seeking a Specification Sales Representative to join a leading provider of roofing membranes and solutions, focusing on large-scale residential and commercial projects throughout Leinster, with a strong emphasis on Dublin. About the Role: You will be selling roofing solutions for large-scale commercial building projects within the construction sector. This is a busy role and a fast-paced company, so you must be self-sufficient and have a strong track record of success in specification sales. Some of the duties will include.. Developing and maintaining relationships with architects, specifiers, and other stakeholders. Delivering engaging CPD presentations to drive product specification. Managing relationships with main contractors and specialist roofing subcontractors Identifying opportunities within commercial construction projects and securing specifications. Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a results-oriented professional with: Specification sales experience in the construction sector is essential A strong background in conducting CPDs with architects and influencing key decision-makers. Experience in roofing is ideal but not essential; expertise in related areas such as flooring, cladding, facades, or insulation will also be considered. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A base in Leinster, with a focus on Dublin.
