This role blends commercial acumen with strong technical understanding to position Kerry as the partner of choice in milk, yoghurt and cheese applications.You will accelerate pipeline creation and conversion by supporting commercial teams in positioning our technologies effectively and by engaging directly with customers on projects, innovation sessions, trials and troubleshooting — with a strong focus on Sustainable Nutrition. Working closely with global portfolio teams, you will translate global Lactase and Emulsifier strategies into regional opportunities, ensuring differentiation and margin delivery.Key responsibilitiesCustomer Interface (Driving Value)Support Account Managers as first point of contact for Lactase and Emulsifiers into Dairy in Europe to understand the customer need and to position these technologies to deliver value to our target customersCollaborate with Account Managers to ensure the core business is protected and defended.Represent Kerry at external forums related to the technologies and Dairy EUMPipeline ManagementPipeline Generation Partner with Account Managers to grow the pipeline in line with target growth plansPipeline conversion Align the appropriate resources and ensure clear plans in placeProduct and Growth StrategyLeverage product technology strategies and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure Lactase and Emulsifiers are embedded into the Dairy strategy and European plans as appropriateEnsure we have a clear growth plan for Lactase and Emulsifiers into Dairy in the European regionProvide clear market positioning and right to win for the technologiesInform global technology strategies based on regional trends and customer and competitor knowledgeTechnology Collection OptimisationDrive performance of the collections in the Business Unit through customer differentiation and margin, leverage the breadth and depth to build value and drive market growth in line with the Dairy strategy within the region.Work with the Regional R&D Leads, Collection Managers and Global product managers to highlight gaps in the collections, support and train sales teams to position Kerry's collections with customers.Further ResponsibilitiesPricing & Margin ManagementEnsure pricing strategies are aligned with the technologies margin expectations and address issues.Partner with regional sales teams to support the execution of pricing strategy.Provide market feedback on pricing to include market trends, customer and competitor insights.InnovationGlobal innovation Execution you will support the launch & generate excitement in region for new innovations including sales training, execution plans and positioning with customers.Inform and influence innovation pipeline by understanding competitor and external product technology market aligned to global and regional EUMQualifications and skillsBSc in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Processing or equivalent. Master's degree will be an advantage.Solid previous experience in a Commercial/Business Development role within the Food Ingredient industry.Technical understanding and experience in processing of milk, yoghurt and processed & fresh cheeseTechnical understanding and experience with lactase and emulsifiers and their application in dairyHighly motivated to win new business. Ability to identify gap areas & opportunities with strong execution skills.Work cross functionally with R&D, Product Management and Operations and Finance in a highly complex, matrix environmentWillingness to travel within the region to connect platform technologies including customer visits.Proven leadership skills to drive creation and execution of business strategy.Track record in delivering pipeline & project execution.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
