We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong focus on reporting, data, and controls to support the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and insight-driven Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to gather and define requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria within an Agile delivery environment
Define and support delivery of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency to enable reliable reporting
Identify and implement business controls (e.g. validation rules, approval workflows, audit tracking) within Salesforce
Work with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with governance and regulatory standards
Analyse and optimise business processes, designing efficient and controlled “to-be” processes
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and control requirements
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and solution walkthroughs
Contribute to change management and user adoption, including training and documentation
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce implementations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities
Experience working with data, reporting, and analytics requirements
Understanding of controls, audit, and data governance principles
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments
Exposure to CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Understanding of data models and system integrations
