Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and growth of Ultra Order. This role will take ownership of marketplace expansion, partnerships, operational performance, and team coordination, working closely with leadership to scale the platform across new regions and partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
* Oversee daily platform operations and ensure smooth onboarding of venues and partners
* Build and improve operational processes across listings, partnerships, and marketplace management
* Track operational KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring targets are achieved
Growth & Partnerships
* Drive acquisition of new hospitality venues and marketplace partners
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitality platforms, suppliers, and service providers
* Identify new growth opportunities and commercial initiatives to increase platform adoption
Leadership & Execution
* Manage and coordinate outreach teams, student ambassadors, and operational staff
* Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent execution of growth initiatives
* Support recruitment and scaling of the team as the business expands
Strategy
* Work with leadership to define expansion priorities and long-term marketplace strategy
* Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Requirements
* Experience in operations, marketplace businesses, hospitality, or startup environments
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth initiatives hands-on
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
* Experience managing teams or multi-channel growth initiatives preferred
