About Your New Job
As the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, driving process improvements, and providing insightful analysis to senior leadership.
As Management Accountant, you will:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with department heads to communicate and interpret financial information effectively.
* Maintain and enhance the integrity of accounting systems, controls, and policies.
* Perform detailed cost and revenue analysis to support decision‑making.
* Ensure compliance with all Revenue and statutory obligations (VAT, RCT, premium taxes).
* Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
* Assist with payroll oversight to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What Skills You Need
* At least 3 years relevant management accounts experience, ideally in construction or manufacturing sector.
