Job Overview
We are seeking a
Strategy Analyst
to join our team in Ireland. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and curious, with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with senior management to support strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and inform key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct
market, competitor, and industry analysis
to identify trends and opportunities
* Analyze
financial and operational data
to support strategic planning
* Develop
business cases, dashboards, and presentations
for senior management
* Assist in the formulation and execution of
corporate strategy initiatives
* Monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs)
and provide insights to improve performance
* Collaborate across teams including finance, marketing, operations, and product
* Support
mergers & acquisitions (M&A) analysis
, new market entry, or business expansion projects
* Prepare clear and concise
reports and recommendations
to inform decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in
Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
* Strong
analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint
, and preferably
Power BI or Tableau
* Experience with
data analysis and visualization tools
* Ability to translate complex data into
clear insights and actionable recommendations
* Strong communication and presentation skills in
English
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
* Experience in
consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis
* Knowledge of
financial modeling and valuation techniques
* Familiarity with
SQL or Python for data analysis
* Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus
* Experience in
project management
or working in Agile environments
