Salary is €40K plus 10% bonus paid monthly bringing the total package to €44,000. My client based in Dublin City Centre is recruiting a Retail Assistant Manager to join a high volume, high turnover retail business. The store is absolutely beautiful and is in a prime location on the Southside with lots of passing trade and tourists who are very much in spending mode! The ideal candidate will have a background in working with large volumes of stock, delivery processing, merchandising and with a proven track record of people & performance management and getting the very best out of your team. You will also support your Store Manager in hitting store KPI' and targets and with all visual and commercial aspects of the business. I welcome fashion, non-fashion, or grocery retail candidates. During peak season which is March to August the store opens to 10pm so late shifts and weekends are part of this job.
