We’re scaling across Ireland, the UK, and beyond — and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can turn plans into performance.
The Role
You’ll own installation, quality, logistics, and vendor operations — ensuring every Cubbie system is installed right first time, every time.
This is a hands‑on, get‑it‑done role for a practical operator who can manage the day‑to‑day while building scalable systems for growth.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and schedule Cubbie installations across Ireland & the UK.
* Oversee quality control and ensure all installations meet Cubbie’s high standards.
* Manage purchasing, stock, and vendor performance to maintain JIT supply chains.
* Research, qualify, and onboard new suppliers and contractors.
* Coordinate maintenance scheduling and field service support.
* Implement safety and compliance processes across sites.
* Report KPIs and operational insights to senior leadership.
* Build and mentor a growing technical operations team.
What You Bring
* Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
* 5+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or installation management.
* Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi‑site projects.
* Strong commercial awareness and vendor negotiation skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP, or CRM platforms.
* Familiarity with health & safety and quality management practices.
* A hands‑on attitude, ready to travel and lead by example.
