Learn how our zero-trust and zero-knowledge solutions defend against cyber threats at KeeperSecurity.com.ResponsibilitiesProvide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process of Keeper products for Channel partners in EMEA.Work closely with the Channel Account Management team to support and develop strategic partners technical capability and drive incremental partner revenue.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or on-site at a Keeper facilityCollaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updatesCommunicate with German and English speaking partners, both verbally and in writingAddress technical questions, concerns, and objections during the sales process to ensure customer confidence and satisfactionAct as a technical advisor to partners, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges and achieve their goalsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the businessAnalyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under pressureWorks on issues that affect design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologiesEstablish relationships and engage with the technical personnel to identify opportunities and sell Keeper Security products and servicesEnsure accurate and timely activity, issue updates in Salesforce and report to managementCreate and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customersParticipates as part of a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targetsContribute to the execution of company objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective waysAbility to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the companyRequirements5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.)Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong entrepreneurial driveStrong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/LinuxOutstanding presentation skills and the ability to build and demonstrate a high quality product overview to both technical and executive level audiencesTechnical background in networking and security applications as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experienceWillingness to travel up to 50%Preferred RequirementsExperience working with the channelIndustry recognised certificationsScripting and DevOps experience a plusExposure to Identity Providers like Azure and OktaExperience providing solutions to and understanding the requirements of Enterprise CustomersPrior experience with cybersecurity solutions or relevant experience with IAM or other security SAAS solutionsBenefitsOnsite lunchesPrivate healthcare (no wait period)Pension contribution (no wait period)Sick PayBike-to-Work Scheme (if local)Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
