PSC Biotech is hiring a Treasury Manager in Dublin.Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for critical support for Treasury Operations, Cash Management and FX functions in Ireland and the United States. This role will require someone with multi-national corporate treasury experience who is highly technical, hands-on, detail oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.Contract Type: Six-month contractPreferred Start Date: April 2026Location: Dublin (Hybrid). Remote working is available for candidates based elsewhere in Ireland.Responsibilities:Manage EMEA cash management activities, including daily cash positioning and intercompany funding, with a focus on continuous improvementPrepare cash flow forecasts and related analysis using bank, ERP, and other financial systemsMaintain bank accounts, including opening/closing of accounts and updating signatoriesSupport the issuance, administration, and ongoing management of letters of credit and bank guaranteesSupport the integration of newly acquired business from a treasury perspectiveDevelop, monitor, and maintain relevant treasury KPIs to support effective performance and decision-makingOversee intercompany balances and assist with their timely settlementSupport regulatory compliance such as KYC and AMLDevelop, maintain, and enhance treasury procedures to ensure efficiency and complianceAssist in optimising the ERP system for treasury processesProvide advice, guidance and hands-on support on treasury operations to other functionsPerform ad-hoc Treasury analysis and projectsRequirementsRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in multi-national Corporate Treasury departmentSolid understanding of treasury operations, particularly cash forecasting, bank account management, with knowledge of corporate banking practicesStrong IT capability, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportingExperience working with treasury workstations, ERP systems, and various bank portalsStrong work ethic, attention to details, ability and willingness to work effectively independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of SAP is an advantageEducation:University degree in Business, Accounting or FinanceTreasury Qualification (ACT/CTP) is a plus
