Seeking an ambitious Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant to join an established practice of experienced qualified accountants. The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a variety of clients to provide a wide range of accounting services.
The Role
* The preparation of year-end financial accounts (both company and sole trader) from source material.
* The preparation of various tax computations and returns (including Corporation Tax and Income Tax).
* Preparation and submission of VAT and payroll returns.
* Formatting of Statutory Financial Statements for Audit Exempt Limited Companies (FRS 102 & FRS 105).
* Developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Liaising and managing client queries as they arise and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
* Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) or qualified Accounting Technician.
* 2 years + experience in practice.
* Experience with BrightBooks, BrightAccountsProduction/BrightPay and Xero desirable.
* Experience in CRO Filings, CORE and ROS.
* Ability to multi-task and adhere to/manage deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
