What You'll Be Doing
1. Develop deep product expertise and support customers via email and live chat
2. Diagnose and resolve software issues, including handling escalated queries
3. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
4. Advise customers on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup best practice
German AE Customer Growth

5. Build and grow a strong customer base across the EMEA region
6. Own and actively manage your pipeline with a long-term, strategic mindset
7. Run a full sales cycle in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
9. Apply AI fluency to streamline workflows and focus on high-impact activities
German Business Development Specialist
What You'll Be Doing
10. Partner closely with experienced Account Executives to refine your sales approach and develop effective prospecting strategies.
11. Use a mix of outreach channels — email, LinkedIn, phone, and more — to engage prospects across different industries and decision-maker levels.
12. Identify high-value companies that align with our solutions and initiate meaningful conversations.
13. Drive pipeline growth by securing qualified meetings and creating strong new business opportunities.
What they're Looking For
14. Fluent German and English – written and spoken
15. Years' experience in a customer-facing SaaS or software support role OR
16. Experience carrying a net-new revenue quota, with consistent overachievement
17. Strong background selling MarTech SaaS solutions
18. Excellent written communication: clear, empathetic, and structured
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven support environment
