As a Sneaker Artist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an elevated customer experience while bringing clients' creative visions to life through hand-painted and personalised sneaker designs. You will build strong client relationships, drive sales performance, and contribute to the brand's distinctive storytelling through your artistic expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding luxury customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI objectives.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective CRM and clienteling activities.
Provide personalised styling and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
Customise sneakers and accessories through hand-painting, artwork, and personalisation techniques.
Collaborate with clients to create bespoke designs while maintaining brand standards.
Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards.
Stay up to date with current fashion, streetwear, and sneaker trends.
Participate in in-store events, activations, and client appointments.
About You
Previous experience within luxury, premium, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset.
Artistic background with experience in painting, illustration, design, or sneaker customisation.
Confident working directly with clients to discuss creative concepts and personalised commissions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Passionate about fashion, sneakers, art, and contemporary culture.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
