School Transport Manager
This role is responsible for managing School Transport Services across the Southern Region. The successful candidate will ensure safe, timely and efficient delivery of school bus services in line with policies.
The Senior Manager will oversee regional school transport offices and staff, supporting and training Office Managers in Cork and Waterford.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to implement recommendations from reviews, planning resources to optimise bus utilisation and ensuring vehicle safety.
Requirements:
* Prior management experience within the transport industry;
* Knowledge of legislation related to road passenger transport;
* Able to work efficiently using IT systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
