Job Role
The role of Quality Technician involves ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle and providing expert quality assurance support to operations. Key responsibilities include being a Subject Matter Expert on Acceptable Quality Standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, troubleshooting issues, and driving defect awareness training.
* Perform internal audits and trending analysis of key quality metrics.
* Responsible for the timely analysis of customer complaints and maintaining systems for receiving and recording customer feedback.
* Maintain laboratory facilities and assist in preparing periodic reports.
Qualifications include holding a relevant diploma or having minimum 2 years production experience in a regulated environment. Experience in a QA or similar role is ideal, along with knowledge of GMP regulated environments and statistics.
Key Qualifications:
