We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Specalist to join our Supply Chain Resourcing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines and working closely with the Resourcing Partner to support high-volume recruitment across our Supply Chain Operations, with a particular focus on Drivers and Warehouse Operatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging candidates, and playing a key role in ensuring our Supply Chain has the talent it needs to operate efficiently.
What youll be doing: Build and maintain robust pipelines of candidates for Supply Chain Operations roles, including Drivers and Warehouse Operatives Partner closely with the Resourcing Partner to understand current and future hiring needs Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn), databases, referrals, and networking Engage and screen candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the recruitment process Manage talent pools to support ongoing and seasonal volume hiring Track sourcing activity and provide insights into market availability and candidate trends Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and best practice Utilise social media platforms and online networks to proactively source, engage and build pipelines of candidates for Supply Chain Operations roles What we are looking for: Previous experience in a sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing role (internal or agency), ideally within Supply Chain, Logistics, or high-volume operational recruitment Previous experience using social media platformsto source, build piplines and engage candidates for volume or operational roles.
