Job Summary
The role is to work in a dynamic engineering environment where you will contribute to the development and implementation of processes that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the design, testing and validation of manufacturing processes to ensure they meet business objectives.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
* Providing technical support to manufacturing operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Leading process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Developing and implementing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.
Requirements
A degree in an Engineering discipline is required, along with 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Desirable skills include experience in CNC machining, Process Validation, Coating or Clean and Pack.
Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and lead by example is necessary.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are required to deliver tangible results to the business. Project Management skills through the delivery of cost-saving/process improvement projects are desirable.
