About the Role On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced, career-focused, ambitious, and determined individual to join our client's sales team.
Experience in the bathroom industry is advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service, providing expert advice on products and services.
Assist customers in designing and choosing their ideal bathroom.
Sell to both retail and trade customers.
Produce accurate customer quotations and follow up promptly.
Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
Manage point of sale processes, including cash, card, and credit transactions.
Follow procedures for the security of cash and merchandise.
Carry out product coding, pricing, and updates for resale items.
Perform any additional duties required to meet business needs.
Your Profile Experience: Previous retail experience, ideally in bathroom sales.
Product knowledge within the bathroom industry is an advantage.
Personal Attributes: Hardworking, conscientious, and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering excellent customer service.
