Company: ECP Location: Cork Position: Permanent Edward Cotter Partnership are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis.
The role will be based in our Cork office with intermittent on-site requirements.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for overseeing all commercial and contractual matters across both pre- and post-contract stages.
This position requires previous experience in cost management, contract administration, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with client representatives, design consultants, and contractors.
Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying.
5+ years experience minimum Understanding of construction contracts Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in Buildsoft & Cost X Computer literate with Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point) Ability to read and interpret drawings & specifications.
Professionalism in approach to projects and communications with Design Team and project Team members Experience in cost estimating, cost planning and procurement Remuneration package based on experience and ability
