To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations and guest service

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Experience with Food Service is essential
">
* Able to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative

* Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting

* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service

* Flexible with working 5 days per week/40 hours which will include days, nights, and weekends

Package Offered:

We offer a competitive salary of €40,000-€42,000 depending on experience, along with free parking on site and meals while on duty. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
