Job Description
Assist in producing e-learning materials (PowerPoint slides, infographics, playbooks, animations)
Content will be provided, to conduct content analysis, identify gaps in information, ensure accuracy in capturing learning objectives
Work closely with in-house designers and developers to ensure content is accurately translated into interactive bite‑sized content
Generate PowerPoint slides as training materials based on interactive bite‑sized content
Any other ad‑hoc QA required for the project
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Instructional Designer or Learning and Development (technical experience e.g. Storyline is not required)
Experience creating slides and working with PowerPoint
Able to critically interpret feedback and exercise judgment in fine‑tuning and adjusting bite‑sized content
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work quickly in fast‑paced environment
Detailed and meticulous to ensure content is transferred fully and accurately, animations, links, formatting are inserted correctly
Experience working with technical topics will be a plus

Singaporeans and SPRs are eligible to apply
Work Location: Strictly office‑based (NO remote work is allowed)
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
Contract period: Immediately available for a minimum period of 3 – 6 months
