Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker to provide exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Representative.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier customer support via chat and email, aiming for first-contact resolution and world-class satisfaction.
* Efficiently handle a variety of player and account inquiries within set service standards.
* Taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively or escalated appropriately.
* Accurately and efficiently inputting customer data into relevant systems.
* Communicating product, service, and promotional information clearly to customers.
* Contributing to revenue growth through engaging outbound campaigns (no cold calling).
* Collaborating with other teams to meet business needs.
About You:
* Fuency in both English and German is essential.
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role is required (e.g., call centre, sales, high-end retail, or 4/5-star hospitality).
* Excellent written communication skills are essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships are required.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving is necessary.
* Strong IT literacy and keyboard skills are essential.
