Rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations (including occasional bank holidays)

About the Role
We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents to support our Shared Services operations.
You will be responsible for delivering a top-class customer experience and performing a variety of administrative tasks via telephone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer queries via telephone, providing consistent, high-quality service
Deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible
Perform general administrative duties accurately and efficiently
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Meet individual performance goals and contribute to team targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client procedures
Proactively identify and report trends or issues to the management team

Requirements & Attributes
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer focus with empathy and professionalism
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
Desirable Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
A collaborative team player with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards
