This exciting opportunity is a pivotal position in overseeing operational services and activities outsourced to Transfer Agencies (TAs) for UK and Irish fund ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day oversight responsibilities of dealing, cash flow reporting, settlements, registration, reconciliations, complaints handling, and change management.

* Lead the change management and implementation process.
">
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. A minimum of five years of general experience in financial services or asset management, with 2–3 years spent in transfer agency change/projects or a similar operational role, is required.

A strong background in managing and delivering TA-related change, as well as familiarity with Irish funds and CBI regulations, is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong Excel skills, and exceptional organisational skills are essential.
