Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking an Underwriting Administrator to handle the processing and issuance of new risk policies for the Life division, including Pensions, Life and Protection, Savings, and Investments.

Your Role
As an Underwriting Administrator, your primary responsibility will be processing New Business Risk applications. You will need to provide high-quality, on-demand services to customers and brokers, managing your workflow efficiently within the department.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Inputting and issuing Risk policies
* Post-processing of insurance applications
* Responding to broker queries via mail, email, and phone
* Issuing letters, mails, and documents to brokers
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A commitment to achieving excellent customer outcomes
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
* High accuracy in processing tasks
* Good computer and keyboard skills
Additional Information
The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week.
