Project Manager Role
This role involves leading projects from inception to completion, driving key initiatives and ensuring high-quality work is performed on site.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop project plans and coordinate staff and resources.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and management to ensure projects meet deadlines.
* Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction.
* Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
