After a year of steady growth, Bally Bliss is ready for its next chapter — and we're looking for a dynamic, motivated Business Development & Growth Manager to help us scale our clinic and spa to a new heights.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing medical aesthetics brand at an exciting stage of expansion. You'll work directly alongside the clinic founder to build partnerships, drive client growth, manage key operations, and elevate the Bally Bliss brand across Ireland.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the clinic grows, how we engage clients, and how we build our reputation as a trusted, premium destination for aesthetics and wellbeing.
What You'll Do
Sales & Business Growth
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks (salons, GPs, wellness studios, local influencers).
* Convert inbound inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, website) into confirmed bookings.
* Drive treatment package and membership sales, improving client rebooking and retention.
* Track and report weekly KPIs including:
* Monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Rebooking rate.
* New client acquisition numbers.
* Membership and package sales.
* Retail product sales performance.
* Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure sales strategies align with brand standards and client experience.
Marketing & Brand Development
* Coordinate digital and local marketing campaigns (email, social, community outreach).
* Plan and execute client events, open days, and promotions.
* Collaborate with content creators and micro-influencers aligned with Bally Bliss values.
* Manage Google My Business and support social media visibility.
Clinic Operations & Admin
* Support daily operations: Phorest management, scheduling, stock, and supplier contact.
* Maintain smooth communication across the clinic and academy teams.
Who You Are
* Experienced in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Experienced in business management is a plus
* Naturally confident, well-presented, and relationship-driven.
* Skilled communicator with strong commercial awareness.
* Social-media savvy and comfortable with tools like Canva, Tik Tok ,CapCut and Instagram.
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a growing business.
* Passionate about both beauty and wellbeing, with an eye for excellence and empathy.
Performance & KPI Targets
You'll be expected to deliver measurable business results, with clear monthly goals and support to achieve them.
Performance will be reviewed monthly with transparent bonuses for exceeding growth targets.
