Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our surgical sales team. The role will focus on managing, developing and growing the orthopaedic implant portfolio within Ireland, specifically in the Leinster area.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Generating sales to achieve profitability and margins in line with targets.
* Identifying and maximising new sales opportunities with existing customers.
* Identifying efficiencies for partners and areas of growth within the Orthopaedic Surgery market while distinguishing the brand from competitors.
* Leading theatre/hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
* Enhancing the existing model for orthopaedic procedures across all disciplines.
* Developing and fostering partnerships within the public and private hospital settings in Ireland.
* Maintaining market and competitor analysis and providing regular feedback.
Requirements:
* Commercial Experience in this field preferable minimum of 2-3 years.
* Proven experience building customer relationships.
* Experience of the local healthcare sector.
* Full Clean Driving Licence.
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Strong sense of urgency to respond to customer needs.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels.
* Ability to coordinate and train other staff and customers.
* Resilient – able to deal with a challenging and fast paced environment.
