We are working with a leading provider or engineering and construction services to data centres and the pharma sector. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Junior Project Planner to join their office based team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous project planning/coordination experience in a similar industry who is looking for an opportunity to learn more and get exposed to some exciting projects. Key responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and milestones in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Track progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose mitigation strategies. Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates to internal teams and clients. Support tendering and project initiation processes with planning and scheduling expertise. Minimum requirements Irish driving license Living in the general Kilkenny catchment area (or reasonable commute to) Proven experience as a Project Planner within the construction, engineering, or related sectors. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Proficient with project manager software such as P6, MS project or similar What's on offer?
