Key Role: Engineering Director
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all site engineering, maintenance, utilities, facilities, and capital project activities to ensure a safe, compliant, and reliable pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
* Knowledge of EU GMP Requirements: In-depth knowledge of EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and requirements.
* Engineering Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated industries, including leadership roles and CAPEX and maintenance strategy experience.
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a Master's degree or Chartered Engineer status. Desirable qualifications include Lean, TPM, Six Sigma experience, automation and digital transformation exposure.
