It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo maintain supply of clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots etc. for all outlets in the hotelTo wash dishes, cutlery and glassware by operating dish washing machineTo clean the dish washing machine at the end of the shift and as requiredTo clean and provide pots for all outlets in the hotelTo wash pots and pans and return them to proper place after they are cleanedTo place pans in chef's line; clean dirty dishes as neededTo keep glassware organised at all times and store clean dishes in the proper locationTo maintain a clean kitchen environment by assisting kitchen staff by following standard cleaning practicesTo sweep and mop the entire kitchen and still room floorTo wash all clearing counters and shelvesTo monitor waste levels in all bins and remove waste when neededTo clean and wash all kitchen cooking unitsTo clean and wash all pot storage shelving unitsTo assist kitchen staff in keeping their areas free of boxes and soiled equipmentTo follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practicesTo ensure all breakages are reported to the Head ChefRequirementsAbout The RoleFlexibility in working hours as role includes shifts in the morning/evening, weekends, Christmas & public holidays.The candidate must legally be able to work past 11pm throughout the weekPrevious experience working in a Kitchen environment i.e. hotel, restaurant, barEmployee BenefitsMeals on dutyRefer a Friend ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Recognition AwardsTeam Member Accommodation & F&B discounts in Windward Management propertiesComplimentary parkingReferencesAll employment offers made are subject to a valid work permit and us receiving a satisfactory referenceAbout Windward ManagementBallymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is managed by Windward Management.
