We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Expert to lead on-site projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Project Planning and Coordination
* Budget Estimation and Management
* Site Supervision and Management
* Liaison with Stakeholders and Contractors
The ideal candidate should have:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials and contract management
* Proficiency in CAD software and cost estimation tools
* Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
