4. Support and manage underperformance to align with business goals.
5. Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for all store concepts and fostering team development.
6. Oversee stock management and product rotation.
7. Implement visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and share insights with the regional team.
8. Conduct regular competitor analysis, reporting key insights to improve performance.
