We're seeking a seasoned recruiting professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As part of our dynamic recruitment group, you'll be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate applicant skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process with minimal guidance.
* Partner with key business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
* Develop and execute cross-team targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum qualifications: 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
* 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
* Able to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
* Preferred qualifications: 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
* Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
