Chef Recruiters are currently searching for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a Hotel operation and it would be to work full time hours across 4 days of the week. This Head Chef will be confident in leading a team, must be capable of looking after all the day to day kitchen operations and be able to constantly produce food to a high standard. Candidate & Role Requirements: Looking for either a strong Sous Chef looking to step into their first Head Chef role or an established Head Chef looking for a new challenge. Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team. Must have full kitchen financials and be able to look after ordering and rosters. This Head Chef will be able to support the other team members and bring new dishes to the operation. Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
