Legal Executive RoleLink Personnel have been instructed by our Client, a Law Firm in Dublin 1, on a Legal Executive vacancy. This role will be supporting the Solicitors in the Real Estate Department and will be a fully in-office position. This will suit a candidate who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys good autonomy in a role.Salary: to €52k (total remuneration €58k)Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Life Assurance, Wellbeing Benefit, 35 hour week.The Role: Drafting contracts for sale.Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry.Preparing letters of appointment.Stamping of documents.Collating reports and trackers to keep clients informed on the up-to-date status of their transaction.Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions.Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents, and banks.Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.The Candidate: 3-4 years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Property Department.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.Enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition to find solutions to problems.Ability to remain calm and optimistic in time-sensitive situations or under pressure.Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.If this Legal Executive role sounds like you, call Orla on 01 8456312 for details.Link Personnel
