Contract Management Opportunity
Job Description
Our team is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the management of infrastructure projects. This role will involve managing pre and post contract requirements, ensuring compliance with framework agreements and work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-contract activities, working closely with procurement and legal teams to engage contractors and consultants in accordance with contractual procedures and procurement strategy.
- Post-contract, manage and administer work orders from award to completion, including take-over of works and final assessment.
- Support review and acceptance of subcontractors and documents in line with contracts.
- Oversee contractor and consultant performance based on key performance indicators and contribute to dispute resolution as needed.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of contract/cost management experience, with at least 7 years of NEC experience (10+ years for intermediate level).
- Knowledge of monitoring contractors and consultants performance, claims management, and establishing performance frameworks.
- Experience in developing individual contract management strategies and implementing those strategies.
- Able to lead a team and possess extensive analytical skills.
