Location
This role is based in our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland.
What You'll Do
As our new Data Analyst, Inventory (12-Month FTC) as part of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for helping to achieve the company’s growth plans by ensuring accurate inventory levels across the network of production and storage sites to support delivery of world-class customer service, enable production planning, and minimize the risk of write-offs due to obsolescence.
* Perform finished goods inventory reconciliation across multiple sites for our Ready-to-Drink (RTD), Spirits, and Liquid Refreshing Beverage (LRB) portfolios.
* Own the implementation and documentation of reconciliation processes, including raw material tracking.
* Investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and process accuracy.
* Handle product destruction and duty drawback processes, including preparation of Notices of Intention.
* Enter and reconcile production data, ensuring accuracy across systems and compliance with internal controls.
* Oversee cask inventory reconciliation, maintaining alignment between physical stock and system records.
* Support supply planning analysis, including KPI tracking and insights generation to optimize performance.
* Drive reporting improvements and automation with third-party partners, while supporting audit queries and providing cover for Supply Planners as needed.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or customer service within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs and data analysis functions.
* Experience working in a KPI-driven environment, with a track record of using data to guide decisions and improve performance.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders.
* Full, clean driver’s license and flexibility to travel occasionally to co-manufacturers and distributor sites as required.
