We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Professional to join our team as a People Excellence Partner.
This role is responsible for supporting the local execution of global HR strategies and processes, including recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating the implementation of new HR operating models while upskilling the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing complex employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and talent development. They will possess excellent facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills.
