A progressive construction and project management consultancy, who provide a full range of surveying, project management across building project lifecycles are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
The Project Manager will work within a collaborative team environment on a range of building projects across residential, commercial, industrial, educational, leisure, and healthcare.
The ideal Project Manager will hold a qualification in Project Management, QS, or Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing building projects within a
consultancy, client side or developer environment.

Experience desired:
Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying is required
2 years+ Project Management experience, some of which MUST have been gained within a consultancy, client side or developer environment
Previous project management experience delivering medium/largescale residential, leisure, industrial or healthcare projects through to final completion
High level of proficiency in IT
Excellent report writing skills with an eye for detail
Contract administration
Strong business acumen
High level of written and verbal communication
Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work for all clients
Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
