A fast-growing corporate services provider is seeking a
Legal Corporate Services Administrator
to join their expanding Transaction Team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global-focused organisation advising top corporations, financial institutions, and investment managers across multiple jurisdictions.

legal administrators, junior legal executives, or trainee company secretaries
eager to develop their career in corporate services.
You'll work on a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs, assist senior transaction executives, manage company secretarial duties, and build strong client relationships—all within a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You'll Do
* Assist in managing SPV portfolios and onboarding new clients
* Coordinate board meetings, company filings, and statutory records
* Support bank account openings, regulatory registrations, and other transaction tasks
* Contribute to internal projects and process improvements
* Stay up to date with statutory and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in legal, financial services, or corporate administration
* Law or business degree (or equivalent)
* Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* Company Secretarial qualification (Grad ICSA) or studying towards it is a plus
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to grow
