Abbey Blue Legal Ltd is a growing Irish immigration and corporate services firm. Our immigration division is well established and performing strongly, supported by an experienced management team.
We are now launching Company Formations as a dedicated new business line and are looking for a practical, commercially minded person to kick-start, build, and drive this project forward.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building something from the ground up and is comfortable both coordinating teams and doing the work themselves when required.

The Role
As Head of Company Formations (New Ventures), you will take ownership of setting up and growing our company formations service.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Admin, ensuring everything is aligned, moving quickly, and gaining traction. This role requires initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to work without constant direction.
Until a dedicated team is built within this department, you will be personally hands-on, including registering companies and completing CRO filings.

Key Responsibilities
• Kick-start and develop the Company Formations division
• Be hands-on with company registrations and CRO filings in the early stages
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, Meta ads, and lead generation
• Work with Sales to ensure formation enquiries are handled and converted
• Liaise with Admin to set up efficient onboarding and internal workflows
• Ensure formation processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable
• Help shape formation packages, pricing, and recurring service offerings
• Identify bottlenecks or delays and resolve them quickly
• Bring practical, commercially sensible ideas to grow the division
• Ensure the division is operational, organised, and gaining momentum

Success in this role will mean that, within the first few months, the company formations service is:
• Fully operational
• Generating consistent enquiries
• Supported by clear processes across marketing, sales, and admin

Experience & Knowledge
We are looking for practical working knowledge, not senior-level expertise.
• Experience or familiarity with Irish company formations and CRO processes
• Comfortable completing company registrations and filings
• Basic understanding of compliance and corporate governance
• Some awareness of accounting and recurring corporate services
• Comfortable working with marketing teams and understanding lead generation
• Able to communicate clearly across departments and keep things moving

Reporting & Structure
• This role reports directly to Neal, Managing Director
• You will liaise directly with Marketing, Sales, and Admin teams
• You will not sit under day-to-day operations management
• You will be trusted to manage your workload and drive progress independently

Contract & Salary
• Salary: €15 per hour
• Hours: 32 hours per week
• Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with the intention to extend to 12 months based on performance
• Location: Office-based role in Wexford (no remote or hybrid working)
• Review: Performance review after 3 months
Strong performance may lead to extended contract, increased responsibility, or a longer-term role as the business grows.
