We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide person-centered care to people with dementia in their own homes. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for those we support, and we believe that this role would be an excellent fit for someone who shares our values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of care services, including personal care, meal preparation, and household assistance. They will also work closely with our Home Care Coordinator to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience working with people with dementia or older adults. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A FETAC level 5 qualification is desirable, but not essential. We offer competitive salaries commensurate with the care sector, and relevant experience will be taken into account.
