HR Generalist
Candidate sought for a HR Generalist role to provide human resources support in an onsite position.
This is a 3-day work week contract opportunity for an experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate will also be comfortable assisting with administrative duties including:
* Raising purchase orders
* Invoicing
* Reporting
* Diary management
* Travel arrangements
Located in Newcastle West, Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serves as the Human Resources point of contact for Newcastle West employees
* Conducts weekly meetings with Newcastle West Site Manager
* Consults with management providing HR guidance when appropriate
* Participates in hiring decisions and interviews new employees
* Monitors on-boarding and provides day-to-day performance management guidance and accountability
* Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
* Liaises with the US HR Director and Team members
Requirements:
* Certification in Human Resource Management
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Proficiency in MS Word Excel and Power Point
* Experience with a Human Capital Management System
* Detail oriented problem resolution skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
