Supervisor Job Description
The role of the supervisor is to provide day-to-day management and oversee the smooth operation of a store.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure the efficient running of cashier operators.
* Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in accordance with store procedures.
* Open and close the store as required.
* Ensure staff adhere to company dress code and appearance standards.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations to perform job duties competently.
* Liaise between staff and management effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
* Support the induction, training, and development of staff members.
* Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor staff timekeeping and attendance.
* Attend any training or development programs directed by store management.
* Promote brand values and encourage others to do the same.
* Place orders as needed.
* Perform any other duties as directed by store management.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Supervisor position.
